Don’t forget the sunscreen

One of the best ways to avoid sunburn is to apply sunscreen before heading outdoors. Sunscreens come in various forms, such as creams, sprays, and gels, and are specially designed to reduce the risk of sunburn. When applied correctly, these products create a protective layer on the skin, deflecting harmful UV rays before they can penetrate and damage your skin cells. Additionally, sunscreen is an essential part of preventing other harmful effects of the sun, such as sunburn, skin aging, and skin cancer. Therefore, you must apply sunscreen every time you go outside, even on cloudy days, whenever possible.

However, it’s important to note that sunscreen protection isn’t 100% effective, and you still need to be cautious when spending time in strong sunlight.
